Welcome to the Sunday morning rhythm of Redemption Hill Church. If this is your first time “joining” us, please let us know by filling out this online form.

Call to Worship

Psalm 9:7-11
But the Lord sits enthroned forever; he has established his throne for justice, and he judges the world with righteousness; he judges the peoples with uprightness. The Lord is a stronghold for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble. And those who know your name put their trust in you, for you, O Lord, have not forsaken those who seek you. Sing praises to the Lord, who sits enthroned in Zion! Tell among the peoples his deeds!”

Confession

Psalm 86:3-6
Be gracious to me, O Lord, for to you do I cry all the day. Gladden the soul of your servant, or to you, O Lord, do I lift up my soul. For you, O Lord, are good and forgiving, abounding in steadfast love to all who call upon you. Give ear, O Lord, to my prayer; listen to my plea for grace.

Assurance of Pardon

Hebrews 9:11-12
So Christ has now become the High Priest over all the good things that have come. He has entered that greater, more perfect Tabernacle in heaven, which was not made by human hands and is not part of this created world. With his own blood—not the blood of goats and calves—he entered the Most Holy Place once for all time and secured our redemption forever.

1 Thessalonians

This Sunday, Robert Greene will introduce our new sermon series on 1 Thessalonians.

Benediction

‭1 Peter 1:2
God the Father knew us and chose us long ago, and his Spirit has made us holy. As a result, we have obeyed him and have been cleansed by the blood of Jesus Christ. May God give us more and more grace and peace.
