Ascribe to the Lord, O families of the peoples, ascribe to the Lord glory and strength! Ascribe to the Lord the glory due his name; bring an offering, and come into his courts! Worship the Lord in the splendor of holiness; tremble before him, all the earth! – Psalm 96:7-9
Family Sunday
This Sunday is Family Sunday, which means that kids will be joining the larger gathering for the duration of our time together. Childcare will be for nursery and toddlers only.
Benevolence Offering
This Sunday, we will also take up a special offering for our benevolence fund. The fund is specifically designated to allow us the ability to help those with extreme financial burdens and need. If you would like to give online, there is a “Benevolence” option on the giving drop-down. You can also text a donation by sending a message to (804) 681.3700 with the amount you want to donate and the word “benevolence” (i.e. “$150 benevolence”).
According to Mark
This Sunday, at all three services (9:00 at Holton, 10:00 at The Fourhundred, 11:00 at Holton), Robert Greene will be continuing in our series According to Mark. His text will be Mark 7:1-23. If you missed last weeks look at Mark 6:45-56, you can listen here. The artwork for According to Mark is by Redemption Hill Church member Duncan Robertson. To read more about the piece, click here.
