What is your prayer / hope for Redemption Hill?

That RH would be known for boldly and unashamedly preaching the gospel of Jesus in RVA and throughout the world.
That we would be a people who continue to think of new ways to display God’s grace to one another and to all those who come to RH.
That RH would continue to be a place where God’s people stir up one another to love and good works (Heb. 10:25)
That RH would continue to transcend racial, cultural, and social barriers with the gospel of Christ.

What is the best piece of advice you’ve been given?

“Preach the gospel, die, and be forgotten.” – Count Zinzendorf
“Don’t tell me what you can’t do.” – Dad

What are you listening to these days?
Pretty consistently, I listen to Hip Hop (mostly by artists who are Christian), Kings Kaleidoscope, Israel Houghton, movie scores, and sermons by Art Azurdia (credit lavarus), Thabiti Anyabwile, Mark Dever, John Piper, Steven Lawson, H.B. Charles

What can you be caught doing on your day off?

Trying to find my way to the nearest Chipotle, enjoying good restaurants and movies with my wife, shooting hoops and talking basketball with other like-minded NBA junkies.

What is something that people would be surprised to know about you?

I was a DJ in high school (turntables), In college,I rescued someone from a burning car on the way to work. Im ambidextrous.
